For the eighth year in a row, JCS has been named one of France's 3 best Junior Enterprises in France 2024 and reached the final of the Prix d'Excellence 2024.
2 weeks ago, the semi-final of the semi-final of the and we passed our diagnostic test on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Diagnosis 2024
This test is an 3-hour oral which challenges us in our processes and strategy through different presentations:
- A introduction of 10 minutes;
- A Annual Review challenge for 1 hour;
- Our customer management for 30 minutes ;
- Our stakeholder management in 30 minutes ;
- And finally 2 studiesone chosen by the jury, presented over 50 minutes.
The aim of this event is to decide between the semi-finalists Junior CentraleSupélec, Escadrille Toulouse Junior Conseil, ETIC Insa Technologies, AMJE Paris, Iéseg Conseil Paris and Junior ISEP.
The criteria are set and assessed by a jury composed of BNP Paribas, Alten, EY, ENGIE and the COS of the CNJE. They include an analysis of the management of our customers, our stakeholders and the strategic vision of each Junior-Enterprise.
What's next?
We passed this test with flying colors, becoming the first first Junior-Enterprise qualified for the final of the Prix d'Excellence alongside Escadrille Toulouse Junior Conseil and AMJE Paris.
The final is calledGrand Oral" and will take place on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the First Tower on EY's premises. An atypical test in which we'll have to answer 2 questions :
- What strategiesdo you think Junior-Enterprises should adopt to make the experience each student's experience indispensable in building their professional future ?
- How does your J.E. integrate the the unavoidable challenges of digital and data into its internal and external
external development, particularly with opportunities offered by AI ?
